"Some ID Theft Is Not for Profit, but to Get a Job" -- but why do they want these jobs? For profit, no?

Why, no: the "profit" that somebody gets in a job is what vulgar marxists call "surplus value," which means that the employer gets it. No, somebody who's lying to get a job is just trying to get paid to do that job, leaving the profit to somebody else.
