So was "takfiri" cleaned up for our benefit, Iraqi benefit, Sunni benefit? Was it just a throwaway to work terrorist in there since we are suckers for that?

Maybe the Shiites would rather fight them there (Sunni neighborhoods) than here (Shiite neighborhoods)?
