I took this picture and I think it looks pretty cool -- long exposure time, low exposure, at night on the beach.

No, I believe he's got some external light source that leaves a trail because of the long exposure time, kind of like Picasso's bull

Wouldn't a long exposure on a sparler just make a lot of lines and blur?
