Mike Huckabee opposes miniskirts and burkas alike, hewing instead to the wise middle ground.

The mini-burqa?

Or, more accurately, that might be the al-Azhar vintage rain coat brigade that's still quite popular in Egypt. Or is it that plus a Catholic school girl skirt that goes two and one quarter inches below the knee?

Whatever happened to letting women, you know, choose for themselves what they want to wear? Says a Muslim who got into plenty of trouble with her ma for not pinning up her dupatta properly.

So, Mike Huckabee can't keep himself from staring at a woman's ass when she walks by in a mini-skirt, therefore, women shouldn't wear mini-skirts. And if a woman in a burqa walked by, he'd be thinking how much he'd like to see her hair, arms, neck, ankles, and ass. Gotcha.

I wonder if he's in favor of outlawing beach volleyball.

Some of the shine coming off this turd yet?

Oh, so, let me understand this.

Women who wear miniskirts in the West, do so because they want to. Women who wear burkas may, but may not want to. Huckabee doesn't see a distinction?

BTW, if Huckabee doesn't want to wear a mini-skirt (a/k/a "kilt") he is not required to.

Huckabee is an ass. I don't understand the fawning over him. Choose me please – I love Jeebus the most.

Let me edit a bit

A: ... I doubt I own anything provocative.

Q: How about a minskirt?

A: A thong.

Huckabee just claimed that he doubts he owns a thong. Why doesn't he know ? Sexist enough that his wifey takes care of all of his clothes.

I guess he decided that the implausible claim of ignorance worked for Alberto Gonzales.

And why does he say he "doubts" he owns a thong, but he's clearly sure he owns a miniskirt. Clearly, the only remaining question is whether governor Huckabees thong is a normal cloth thong or a studded leather thong.

Come on Mike, it's no fun in the closet.

Don't you mean "hemming to the wise middle ground?" AHA HA HA HA. Never mind.

If Huckabee's against burquas because they "hide everything", I wonder if he's similarly exercised by the Prairie Muffin outfits affected by certain womenfolk amongst his own evangelical Christian constituency?
