I suppose Rubin's going to have to say bad things about CATO when he realizes it was Logan writing this and MY just giving the check-it. But now consider whether ad homineming the wrong hominem goes to honesty or integrity.

Thanks for the link Jack. Rubin hasn't corrected it yet, so I emailed him at his AEI email address politely asking him to do so and mention that Matt is linking to the Cato blog. Here is his address if anyone else is interested in doing the same.
