Yeah,

we really do not need unions anymore, they are so 1930. Plus, how else can we exploit the few workers who have not had their jobs outsourced?

Well, it's sort of a relief that the seminar is more of an extended pitch for Jackson Lewis than anything else- but not much of a one.

Repurposing to save time:

Odd, Dems seem very, very eager to support one of the best forms of union-busting around. Can anyone name the elephant? Would anyone who wishes to remain credible try to claim one of the major reasons there's an elephant here is to avoid unions?

On a more modest scale (at least numerically), some may recall this video from a few months ago. I don't think it was featured here for some reason:

“The goal is not to be union- free,” explained Stief. “It’s to be issue-free.” We were advised to institute an open-door policy with employees, encouraging them to air any grievances or concerns fully.

How horrible.

Cherry picked. Most of the seminar is dedicated to obstructing union negotiations and pitches for Jackson Lewis.
