It seems the White House is mad at Gordon Brown who, like me, but unlike The Washington Post editorial page, doesn't understand why blustery threats to start a war are the best way "to help avert a new war in the Middle East."

"Until now, Mr Brown has stressed his support for a diplomatic resolution and, while not ruling out military action, has played down the prospect of war."
Your ridiculous anti-speech and warmongering is what has put us in this mess to begin with, Gregor. It is our posturing that has caused this to go this far. Enough of the "if you are not for us you are against us" nonsense.
The "raisins" reference, Troy, might give one cause to suspect gregor's post was intended with some degree of irony.

So your are one of those who would want our daughters to wear the Burqa and the sons to long for the seventy two raisins! Who knew? Do you earn enough to pay the Jajiya?
