my favorite aspect of the video is that they use a legs double for Rihanna for the dance shots where the dancer is "on point" as they say in ballet.

Is it me or did they seem to rip off the artwork from Sole's CD "Skin Deep" (itself a ripoff of a Playboy shoot)?

She looks rather uncomfortable and a bit wooden in the video.
I don't get he "treacly" part. Matthew seems to me to be taking the lyrics too literally. And, in any event, a song with that base line can't be treacly sweet, regardless of the lyrics.
I like when Yglesias does an obliquely libidinous post.

The song's a bit of a Dolores O'Riordan ripoff, musically.
