Misery loves company.
It's Christmas Eve, I think they'll book anyone who'll agree to show up.
Ask Kudlow how many times he was in rehab for cocaine addiction.
shorter SLC: "I'm dreaming of a white christmas."
You should dress like Santa, but be totally serious, then at the very end add a hohoho.
Ezra on Hardball, you on Kudlow. So disappointing. You are being absorbed by the MSM. These shows are not at all about discussing policy. They're jokes. The hosts are either unserious, dishonest, ivery ideological or all 3. Complete waste of time. I used to see Kudlow on the TV at my office. Useless. Of a piece with that Club for Growth guy. Democrats are always wrong, tax cuts are in every area the answer. What's the point of talking to this fool? But I guess that's what you do if you have a career in journalism, go on TV shows no matter what.
I miss Billmon.
If you hire me as an agent I'll get you booked as a judge on Iron Chef.
Can't blame you for going on the show, but Kudlow really is the worst of the worst. Just think how well-paid and disingenuous you could be if you had decided to play for the other team...
Maybe you'll get around to Pelosi's complicity in Bush's torture regime all the way back to 2002 (yes,
good Dem blogs are supposed to ignore this subject).

Really? I'm pretty sure I've mentioned it...
On the one hand, Dick Fitzgerald is going way too far -- I think Matt's been very much spot-on on his Pelosi-appeasement/torture beat.
On the other hand, Kudlow is slime, after all, and I hope you do tear him a new one.
P.s. The Financial Times is a great paper, and really helped me understand finance, so if you ever go back to Kudlowville, read the FT for a year (including the godawfully boring Business section) or so beforehand and hit him with the facts. Unless you've already done so.
"Back for more? Why? Also, is finance really your beat?"
Matt was on to talk about politics. Kudlow's show is about money and politics.
"I used to see Kudlow on the TV at my office. Useless. Of a piece with that Club for Growth guy. Democrats are always wrong, tax cuts are in every area the answer."
Kudlow also has one of the smartest liberal Democrats (Robert Reich) on his show all the time. He actually makes conservatives look awful stacking up the lightweight Club for Growth member/WSJ editor Stephen Moore against Reich repeatedly.
"P.s. The Financial Times is a great paper, and really helped me understand finance"
The FT is a great paper, and is worth reading also for its political commentary. It also has a broader international perspective than most U.S. papers, so, for example, it has had a lot of coverage recently of Jacob Zuma's ascension to the head of the ANC in South Africa -- news articles, editorials, op/ed columns, and even a review of a critical book about Zuma's record of crime and corruption authored by a former ANC member.
"read the FT for a year (including the godawfully boring Business section) or so beforehand and hit him with the facts."
It's boring when the content is unrelated to any of your career or personal investments, and interesting when it is related to them. This is generally true of business sections.
