To continue the analogy, I'm feeling seasick watching you- you've got to sit still and avoid the unnecessary zooms.

I don't know if anyone else has ever mentioned this before, but people on bhtv say "you know" way, way too much, to the point where I lose track of what was previously said and spend all my time waiting for the next "you know." It's quite irritating.

You can subscribe to the podcast (audio only) in iTunes. That's what I do. Matt and John are pretty good looking, but I don't need to stare at their mugs for an hour to get what they're saying.
I'll grant you, that last quip about stormy waters definitely earned a hearty chuckle. There was also something so inherently bloggerish about the exchange that I liked a lot.
I've done a fair number of radio interviews recently (I hope that lead-in doesn't sound as douchebaggy as I think it might), and I discovered that it's incredibly difficult to avoid saying "you know" at regular intervals. I've gotten better at it, but it takes a lot of concentration.
