Obama wins Vermont, as expected. We need to see to what extent he's able to run up the delegate count. The trend of Obama doing very well in states with no black people continues.

Doesn't count, too much cheddar- same reason Wisconsin didn't count.
Congratulations, Vermont. You officially do not count! With a little bit of luck, Texas and Ohio will be joining you as irrelevants in a few hours.
States involved in maple syrup and ice cream production are known to be pro-Obama. Doesn't count.
I don't think it's possible for the 49th largest state to affect the delegate count much. I'm just hoping Obama can hold Rhode Island to a draw.
I'd love it if the rest of the states split the delegates more or less evenly, and a bunch of furniture makers, farmers, and phisheads gave Obama the night.
same reason Wisconsin didn't count
I thought you were on to something, but I just checked my map and Vermont doesn't wear any portion of Michigan like a hat.
Cherries for Change is now my most favoritest flavor of ice cream ever.
Ah, Vermont's lily white demographics. Brings me back to the days of 2003 and 2004, where it was a point of criticism against Howard Dean.
Who, incidentally, did not vote for either Obama or Clinton, so as to retain his officially neutral status. I wonder, is this actually required?
As a Vermonter, it's pretty cool that Barry took what is probably the most monolithically white state out there.
Did he really not vote? Was he not in Vermont at all? Or were there other things on the ballot that he voted for and snuck in a vote for one of them.
No conspiracy theories, just wonderin' =)
Crazy night!
Please. It's Bhari.
Kim, he apparently voted on local issues and candidates, but skipped the Presidential primary.
Dean voted for Gravel. Know it.
I don't know how this is going to be spun by the campaign, but I assume they'll link it to the state's high proportion of people hopped up on maple syrup.
Doesn't count, Jesse Jackson won Vermont in 88.
Congratulations, Vermont. You officially do not count!
We're used to it.
Cyrus is correct.
MSNBC talked about how high the war was, proportionately, in our exit polls and pointed out we've lost the most soldiers per capita.
Plus, you know. Latte-drinking hippies.
