Some snapperhead in the TNR comments section named jacksondyer actually quoted the "Barack Obama's campaign has been "flattered" by Hamas terrorists" crapola from the Pittsburgh Tribune, one of Richard Mellon Scaife's propaganda rags.
So Hillary fluffs Dick, Dick praises Hillary, Dick spreads anti-Obama propaganda (used by both Hillary and McCain), and some poor sap laps it up as "news".
The unholy Clinton alliance attempts to spread its influence like a leaky septic system.
Yeah, you nailed it. The unintentional comedy would be there, in those paragraphs, even if we didn't have the byline. Because "I have not yet consulted Roget's" lets you know a lot of what you need to know about the author.
LFC- if you had no qualms about doing that to a fellow Democrat, why wouldn't you? As that person proves, people are dumb enough to fall for anything.

Think of the general Neo-con attitudes of a lot of TNR readers, then multiply that by a inifinity and you have the Peretz fans who populate his Blog.
Well yes, but many people really DO dislike her, me and many on the blogs included.
Of course many people also DO like her which puzzles me but that's just the facts.
Imagine going through life where most people, including your own staffers, think of you as an unhinged, racist bigot. People publicly call you holier-than-thou, pompous, entitled, presumptuous, abusive... and I have not yet consulted the TNR Human Resources Guide to Dealing with Marty.
A life like that seems rather small and mean-spirited, until you come out of the closet to your wife and snap up a chunk of her money in the divorce proceedings.

I doubt that she would, where one of the features of her Pennsylvania campaign (that has been heavily criticized, and for good reason) has been working with various right-wing media organizations that constantly attacked her during 1992-2000.
